Sensory SpOT resources

Practical sensory support for real school days.

I create approachable sensory resources to help teachers and families make room for regulation and participation within routines that are already part of the day.

Made for busy days

Simple supports. Meaningful moments.

School days move quickly, so sensory ideas need to be clear, manageable, and easy to use. I create activities that fit naturally into classroom and home routines without asking adults to add another complicated system.

  • Clear directions that are easy to follow
  • Inviting activities with a thoughtful purpose
  • Realistic options for busy classrooms and full schedules
  • Flexible ideas adults can adapt to the moment
  • Approachable materials for school and home

Meet the OT behind Sensory SpOT

I’m an Occupational Therapist with more than nine years of experience. I began my career in an outpatient clinic before moving into a school setting, where I discovered how valuable it is to work alongside students, teachers, families, and the wider school community.

I created Sensory SpOT to share clear, useful resources shaped by that school-based experience and designed for the routines adults already manage.
